Importing into your country:   For those outside of the Irish and British Isles, Altiquin willingly assists in importing our bloodlines into your country. It is not as complicated nor expensive as you think.

We are in the process of arranging on-line help regarding importing a live animal into your country. Stayed-tuned or drop us an email requesting more information for your country.

Importing into Portugal:

Brief Notes:    We are currently researching into the restrictions and/or quarantine time on the Portuguese-end regarding bringing a live animal in from Ireland.

Ireland is both an EU and rabies-free country.

The breeder needs to supply a veterinarian's certificate, *an export license* from the Department of Agriculture in Dublin, stating that the animal is healthy.

Click here to get Acrobat Reader in order to view and then print the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of the Department of Agriculture *pdf* files. This reader is available for free from Adobe . You will need to install the Acrobat Reader in order to view the following pdf files.
