Competitive Field Dog Handling Program

Breeding: Stud Dogs & Pedigree LittersBack in 1986 I joined the UK and Irish Field Trial competition circuit because of my competitive nature, love of field trialing, and vast experience in training sporting dogs. To compete against the best handlers and trainers from Ireland and the British mainland gives me such a thrill, not to mention a constant source of valuable new insights.

Now, not only will Altiquin Dogs personally train your dog to be a better hunting companion on duck, pheasant, woodcock, snipe, grouse, and rabbit --- we will trial your dog for you in Irish and UK Trialing Stakes.

Yes, if you want to enter your dog in Irish Field Trials, but lack the time, energy or knowledge (or proximity) to do so personally, Altiquin Dogs can handle your dog for you in Irish field trial competitions.

Whether you train your dog or we do --- YOU receive the recognition for owning a Field Trial Award Winner, if not a Field Trial (FT) Champion.

Entering a finely bred dog in competitions adds another dimension to your dog. It will acquire a natural 'edge' over dogs who have never competed. Your dog will become more alert, more fit, more willing to work.

If you are the owner of a finely bred dog, you too can win trophies and gain a foothold in the Irish and UK Field Trialing scene. How? By hiring Altiquin Dogs to handle your dog for you. This service is not costly nor complicated considering the benefits.

For further information regarding the fee structure for Dog Handling Services, contact Paul Toal by email or phone. Each contract is unique and billed only for the specific services rendered.

As a service to those who love Labrador Retrievers and Spaniels, Altiquin Dogs' Breeder, Trainer and Handler, Paul Toal, will answer your individual questions freely. Simply drop us an email and we'll respond personally.

As a Breeder and Working Dog Trainer / Dog Dandler, Altiquin Dogs frequently has pedigree pups, as well as partly-trained and fully-trained Labrador Retrievers and Spaniels for sale. Drop us an email to inquire about our current stock.

Photos and pedigrees, on request.
